If you like hummus and Mediterranean flavors, you will love this 5 Layer Greek Dip! I recently brought some to a family get-together and everyone enjoyed it. It’s really yummy and so simple to put together! This recipe was a Pinterest find and there are no exact measurements…but you don’t really need them. You really can’t mess it up!

INGREDIENTS:

Hummus (homemade or store bought)

red bell pepper

kalamata olives

cucumber

feta cheese

fresh dill

Dip top
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread the hummus about 1-2 inches thick in the bottom of a medium sized serving dish.
2. Finely chop the bell pepper, kalamata olives and cucumber.
3. Sprinkle evenly over the hummus.
4. Crumble feta cheese on top.
5. Sprinkle bits of chopped dill to add a finishing touch.
6. Serve with pita bread or pita chips and Enjoy!
